We have created a concept we believe will draw thousands of visitors to our web
site and provide an opportunity for the independent coach to gain exposure. While
our full concept remains proprietary knowledge, we will share this: Coaching Works,
Inc. is seeking to form associations with coaches who have or will have developed online
courses or teleclasses. We will market your programs through our web site. We also
seek and encourage the submission of articles for inclusion on our web site. This
will create more value for our visitors and increase your credibility and visibility.

In order for us to gain a better understanding of how we can create a
mutually beneficial working relationship, we ask that you send to us the following

We will review your materials to ensure an association is in the best
interest of both parties. Additionally, we are seeking coaches interested in
participating with us for more than the short-term. If we move to the next step
together, we will be asking that you join us for at least six months (not a full-time
commitment). All associate coaches will function as independent contractors.
