By Jeffrey D. Brown

Enhance Your Personal Vitality Through Good Posture

Good posture doesn't happen by accident.  It is the result of healthy habits, including specific behaviors designed to stimulate and strengthen key "postural suspension" muscles.

Want a healthy posture?  In addition to exercise, I suggest creating a dynamic image of "optimum posture" that you can activate throughout the day.

Looking for an example of healthy posture?  Just watch Olympic athletes in competition, or even better, watch a toddler who is just learning to walk. They naturally model a sense of fluid, easy movement and healthy, suspended posture.   Activating this graceful, easy dynamic within yourself will fill you with a sense of inner vitality that will positively impact the rest of your life.

Need help developing imagery and healthy habits related to improving your body and mind?  Let me know.  It is within your power to have a healthier, more vibrantly alive body and a creative, curious mind.  Good posture is just one of seven key principles along that path.

May good things come to you!

Jeffrey
